Service Agreement

By engaging No Hassle Web Design for social media marketing services, you (“the Client”) agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope Of Services

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Social media profile setup and optimisation

• Content creation and scheduling

• Community management (responding to messages and comments)

• Social media advertising management

• Monthly performance reporting

• Strategic consultations

The specific services, platforms, and posting frequency will be detailed in your chosen package and service agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• The Client agrees to provide access to all relevant social media accounts, brand assets (logos, images, videos), and any necessary login credentials.

• The Client is responsible for supplying accurate and timely information when required (e.g. promotional offers, event dates).

• The Client must review and approve scheduled content where applicable. Failure to approve within agreed timeframes may result in delays.

Content Ownership

• All original content created by No Hassle Web Design remains the property of the Client upon full payment of services.

• Stock images, licensed media, and third-party assets used in campaigns are subject to their respective licensing terms.

Ad Spend

• Paid advertising (e.g. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) requires a separate budget provided by the Client, unless specified as part of the package.

• No Hassle Web Design will manage and optimise ad campaigns but is not financially responsible for ad spend.

• The Client must pre-approve all ad budgets, unless specified as part of a package and will be invoiced separately or pay directly via the platform.

• Paid Ads that are part of a package do not require pre-approval.

Payment Terms

• All packages are for 1 month, and there is no automatic renewal.

• You will be provided with the option to continue the service each month, meaning there are no contracts and you can stop the service at any time. The service only continues if you make another payment.

• Services are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments are due within 7 days of invoice issue.

• No payment will result in paused services.

• No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services once a payment has been made.

Contract Term & Termination

• Social media marketing services require a minimum term of 1 month unless stated otherwise in the agreement.

• After the initial term, services continue month-to-month as long as a payment is made. As there is no direct debit and this is not a contractual subscription, any payments received will be seen as a confirmation of continued services,

• No Hassle Web Design reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or promotes content that violates social media platform guidelines.

Performance Disclaimer

While No Hassle Web Design strives to deliver the best possible results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as increased sales, followers, or engagement. Social media performance can vary based on multiple factors beyond our control, including platform algorithm changes, audience behaviour, and industry trends.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information exchanged throughout the course of the working relationship.

Limitation Of Liability

No Hassle Web Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use social media services, including but not limited to platform outages or third-party service issues.

Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified in writing of any significant changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
