General Terms for All Services (Websites, Social Media, Digital Design)

• I understand that upon purchase of any service from No Hassle Web Design — including Website Design, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Design (e.g., logos, A-frames, leaflets) — the information I provide via the questionnaire will be used to deliver the product or service.

• I acknowledge that if the questionnaire is not completed thoroughly or is missing key details, No Hassle Web Design may use generic content, placeholder copy, and stock imagery to fulfil the order.

• I understand that it is my responsibility to provide accurate, high-quality information and materials upfront, as these will form the basis of my final product.

• Once the product or service is delivered, no further amendments, design changes, or revisions are included unless otherwise stated in the service package or agreed in writing.

Website Design Services

• I understand that No Hassle Web Design builds new websites only, using newly registered domains.

• The company does not modify or work on existing websites, nor does it repoint, transfer, or connect to pre-owned domains that are already assigned to a website.

• If a domain setup package is not purchased, you will have a wixsite default domain as a standard. It is your responsibility to purchase a custom domain and assign it. Instructions will be provided to help you to follow this process and our team will be available to offer assistance over the phone. It will be your responsibility to call us and and ask for assistance with the setup.

• If purchasing a domain setup package, I understand that No Hassle Web Design will try to secure a name that closely matches my business. If the exact domain is unavailable, a similar alternative will be chosen.

• I acknowledge that there is no guarantee of securing an exact match domain name, and that SEO or website performance will not be negatively impacted by slight variations.

• Upon completion, it is my responsibility to re-register the domain (instructions provided) to maintain ownership and access after expiry.

• If no images or only low-quality ones are provided, No Hassle Web Design will use high-quality stock photos to maintain a professional visual standard.

• Once the site is live, no further changes or customer care are included. This streamlined approach ensures fast delivery and quality results.

Social Media Marketing & Digital Design Services

• I understand that social media and digital design services (including logo design, leaflets, A-frames, and social content creation) are based entirely on the details and materials I provide.

• These services include content/design as specified in the selected package. Revisions or updates are not included unless otherwise stated.

• All deliverables are created for use in promoting my brand or business and are non-refundable once produced and delivered.

Payment and Delivery Timeframes

• Payment Processing: I understand that up to 5 working days may be required to fully process my payment.

• Service Delivery: I understand that after payment is processed, it may take up to an additional 5 working days to deliver website, social media, or digital design services.

• Total Timeframe: From payment to completion, the maximum standard turnaround is 10 working days, although most projects are completed sooner.
