• If the questionnaire is not completed appropriately or if sufficient details are not provided, generic information and images will be used.

• It is crucial to provide accurate and complete information in the questionnaire, as there will be no amendments or corrections once the purchase is finalized and the website is live.​

I understand and agree that:

• No Hassle Web Design only builds new websites with new domains.

• We do not work on pre-existing websites, including making modifications, repointing, or transferring domains that are already registered.

• All services provided are for the creation of new websites and the registration of new domain names only.​

I understand and agree that:

• If purchasing a domain No Hassle Web Design will make every effort to secure a domain name that closely matches my business name.

• If an exact match is unavailable, we will choose a domain name that is as close as possible to my desired name.

• There are no guarantees that we will obtain the exact domain name I want.

• Even if the domain name does not match 100% with my business name, it will not negatively affect the SEO or overall performance of my website.

I understand that upon purchase of the website design service:

• It is my responsibility to re-register the domain to maintain ownership and ensure continuous access to the website once it has expired. (Instructions will be provided).

• We create a website that reflects your brand using the images you provide. If no images or low-quality ones are supplied, we’ll use high-quality stock images to ensure a professional and polished look. Our goal is a visually appealing site that meets your standards, no matter the image source.

• Our service offers a quick and efficient way to get your website live with just a few clicks. Once the site is completed and live, no further changes or customer care are included, allowing us to maintain fast delivery and ensure a high-quality website promptly.

• Payment Processing Time: There may be up to 5 working days required to process my payment.

• Website Development and Launch: After payment is processed, it may take up to an additional 5 working days to build and set my website live.

• Total Timeframe: The maximum timeframe for the entire process, from payment to the website being live, is 10 working days. Please note that it rarely takes the full 10 working days, and most projects are completed sooner.
